Our Socials are just like going out with a group of friends, regular days and nights out across London with up to twenty fellow CitySocialisers. And our larger events feel like going to a friends party!
Ours is a really relaxed, friendly and sociable crowd, a mix of brand new and regular members so you'll feel a part of the network in no time. Plus, each Social is hosted by another member who'll be there to welcome you when you arrive and settle you in.

We're heading to XXXXX (full details available to view upon booking), a stylish, friendly bar looking out over the river.
With two bars - the Basement bar with bare brick walls, butcher’s block tables and leather lined booths and the River Bar, with windows looking toward the Thames - it's a vibrant and welcoming place to spend our Thursday evening.
Tonight sees their DIY DJ night, allowing you to bring in your own CDs and MP3 players to DJ and treat the crowds!
If that isn't your thing, you can just sit back, relax and enjoy XXXXX's table service instead.
We've got a table area reserved exclusively for us where one of our hosts will be expecting you when you arrive to welcome you and settle you in to the night while you chat, relax, socialise and have fun!

We'll be able to chat, relax and socialise together over a drink before heading on to our next stop, The Clarence, a great pub that serves great food, where we'll be able to get something to eat (optional) and relax together for a while before heading to our final destination, The Duke of Devonshire.
The Duke of Devonshire is a Victorian pub with a cosy interior perfect for cold rainy nights and a big garden ideal for Summer drinking.
A late licence on weekends means the place livens up on a Friday and Saturday.
We'll spend the rest of our evening here for some Friday night socialising through til late!

Kick start your weekend with CitySocialising, a great barbeque and a fab opportunity to get to know some new London faces.
We're heading to XXXXX (full details available to view upon booking), a fantastic East End hangout with a large enclosed garden. Described as "elegantly scruffy", XXXXX is a sumptuous pub with deep red leather sofas and luxurious decorations.
Dishes from the barbeque (£9 - £11), which was declared as one of the best in London by the Evening Standard!, include 'Peppered veal chop with saffron aiolo', 'Grilled salmon fillet with caper & parsley' and their delicious 'Homemade cheeseburger'.
One of our hosts will be at a reserved table in the garden area (or inside if it's raining!) when you arrive to welcome you and settle you in to the evening.
All personal food and drinks will be payable by you (in cash) on the day.

Join a group of CitySocialisers for a chilled out Saturday afternoon as we head to Kew Gardens to interact with nature and enjoy the great outdoors.
Not only is it a leading centre of botanical research and a training ground for professional gardeners, but Kew Gardens is one of the country's most popular visitor attractions.
We'll be able to take a look at Chokushi-Mon, a replica of a Japanese temple surrounded by a traditional Japanese garden.
There's also a treetop walkway for those who aren't afraid of heights, which at 18m high and 200m long takes visitors into the tree canopy of a woodland glade!
The different collections/gardens at Kew include Carniverous Plants, the Rhodedendron dell, Juniper collection, the Aquatic garden and a Bamboo garden, ensuring we don't run out of anything to look at on our day out.
Our group will be meeting first for drinks, a bite to eat and a chance to chat, relax and socialise together at XXXXX (full details available to view upon booking) before heading over to Kew Gardens.
And once we've seen enough, we'll be able to head back to XXXXX to continue our Saturday afternoon with some more CitySocialising!

If you fancy experiencing something a bit different, come with us as we check out Absolut Icebar, in the heart of London's Mayfair, the UK's first permanent bar made of ice!
Kept at minus 5 degrees all year round, everything inside Absolut Icebar is made out of crystal clear ice transported over from the Torne River in Jukkasjarvi, Sweden.
The walls, bar, tables and even your own glass are made out of the purest ice!
Operating in 40 minute timeslots, Absolut Icebar prepares you for the cold with a designer thermal cape for your time inside.
Once in the icy surroundings, we'll be able to enjoy a selection of Vodka cocktails.
We'll be meeting first for some drinks and a bite to eat (optional) at nearby bar XXXXX (full details available to view upon booking), where one of our hosts will be to welcome you when you arrive as we relax, chat and socialise together over some food and drinks.
We'll have an hour or here before heading over to the Absolut Ice Bar for our reserved 8.45pm slot.
And afterwards, we're perfectly placed near Soho and the West End to find somewhere to continue our Saturday night out!
Entry to the Absolut Ice Bar is £15, payable on the door. This includes a thermal cape to keep you warm, a personal ice glass and a choice of Vodka cocktail (or non-alcoholic drink). It will then cost £6 for a Vodka cocktail refill or £3 for a non-alcholic drink refill.
NOTE: Absolut Ice Bar Terms & Conditions state that guests that do not honour their reservation, are charged a £10 cancellation fee. Therefore, do not book a place for this Social unless you can commit to attending. If you cancel your place to this Social after Wednesday 27th August 2008, a £10 fee will be charged to your card.

If you want to leave the hustle and bustle of the City this Saturday night, join us as we take to the water for a fun disco cruise to enjoy the weekend in style!
This four hour cruise will start with a buffet dinner with roast chicken, quiche and salads, and a cash bar will be open on the night serving drinks at regular pub prices.
Whilst dining we'll be able to take in the views along the Thames in breathtaking fashion, with an open deck allowing us to step outside and see the spectacular illuminated sights of the London Riviera!
We'll be able to chill out in the lower saloon too before heading to the upper deck for a night of dancing to top chart sounds from past and present.

The boat returns to Embankment at 11pm after which, we can head back to XXXXX to continue with some more Saturday night CitySocialising!

Liven up your Saturday with a fantastic night of laughs and join our CitySocialising crowd as we head to the Big Night Out comedy night for a evening of being entertained by the best in comedic talent.
Taking place downstairs at The Comedy Pub set between Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, right in the heart of the West End, Big Night Out comedy is hugely popular and renowned for its high quality shows and its fun and fantastic atmosphere.
Comedians that have performed there in the past include Ricky Gervais, Tim Vine, Jimmy Carr, Jeff Green, Danny Bhoy, Ian Cognito, Stephen K. Amos and many more so we're sure to have a hilarious night watching some of the best acts in the country!
We'll be meeting up first at nearby bar XXXXX (full details available to view upon booking), for a pre-show drink and a bite to eat if you're feeling peckish.
One of our hosts will be at a reserved table there when you arrive to welcome and settle you in to the evening and we'll chat, relax and socialise together here before heading over to The Comedy Pub together at 7pm.
We'll be able to enjoy a drink at the Long bar there before heading in to check out the comedy at 8pm when the show starts.
And once the performances end at around 10pm, we'll be able to continue the night there with some drinks and more CitySocialising!

Join a group of CitySocialisers for a chilled out Sunday afternoon as we head to St James' Park to enjoy the British Summer!
St James's Park is at the very heart of London and covers 58 acres. With a lake harbouring ducks, geese and pelicans, St James' is also home to the Mall, the setting for many ceremonial parades and events of national celebration.
We'll be spending an afternoon enjoying ourselves outdoors. Plus we'll be able to bring along a picnic and some games for the group, such as frisbee, cricket or rounders.
