It's that time again! Join us as we kick off the festive season in style with our big annual Christmas Party. With a fabulous venue, a great selection of food & drinks and as usual a fantastic CitySocialising crowd, this will be a night to remember!
There are limited places available for the party so make sure you book your place soon if you’d like to come.
PLEASE NOTE ONLY MEMBERS ON THE GUEST LIST WILL BE ADMITTED
We'll have an area reserved for us at Ember, where a host will be waiting to welcome you when you arrive and settle you in to the Social. (Make sure you check here before the Social to see who is hosting)
Keep your eyes peeled for a CitySocialising logo on the table or ask the venue staff for the table reserved under the name CitySocialising.

If you’re a CS party regular, you’ll know our parties are always good fun. The ambience is always buzzy, the company friendly and the venue suave – all the ingredients for a great night out! Our Christmas Party takes places at Ember. As a stylish addition to Farringdon’s night scene, Ember offers a great place to socialise and mingle with other CS members. Offering a fabulous cocktail menu, tasty bar food and a lively nightlife, the venue is furnished in retro chic design with comfortable leather couches making it a great place for chilling out and a catching up.
Come down straight after work as food will be available to order and enjoy on the night. (Ranging from £4.95 - £7.95 for hot dishes like ‘Fish & Chips’ and ‘Roast Pork & Crispy Crackling sandwich’ to award-winning pies and gourmet burgers)
To make it easier to meet people on the night, our CitySocialising hosts will be there to meet and greet you. Plus, we'll be playing a cool mixer game with bottles of champagne as the main prize. And the best part of the night is the chance to meet loads of new friends or perhaps catch up with a number of familiar faces that you haven't seen for a while! The Christmas Party won't be the same without you, so make sure this is the one night of the year you have free!

Hello, I'm afraid I agree with the others. Not sure what we all paid £5 for???? No dancing, nibbles or free glass of champers as you'd expect at a party - more of a gathering as mentioned before, although it was hard to speak to anyone without losing your voice!! No wonder lots of people left early! However the host were great and made the best of a bad situation ;o(

It was great to catch up with people but a misnomer to bill this as either a Xmas event or a party, and you had to shout to talk! Shame as events are usually v.good

I attended this event along with a friend who is also a new CS member. It was a pleasant enough evening - we shared a delish platter of snacks and chatted with some nice people - but I really didn't like the function room at this venue. The main bar above was much more salubrious and conjusive to creating a good atmosphere I think. Also agree that it was really a drinks gathering, and shouldn't have been billed as a 'party' by CS. Sorry I agree with jeanette down there, when i saw pictures of Ember on internet and as i had never been there before i thought wow its party time - like dance etc. Anyhow, night was good , i enjoyed and it was friendly and thanks for hosts for arranging it.
