As we ease into winter, we've decided to make the most of London's pubs this season with a visit to the best for a few warming drinks.
Meet us at The One Tun, where Tanbir will be waiting to welcome you when you arrive and settle you in to the Social. (Make sure you check here before the Social to see who is hosting)
Keep your eyes peeled for a CitySocialising logo on the table or ask the venue staff for the table reserved under the name CitySocialising.

For our first 'Winter Warmer' outing we're heading to The One Tun, a 250 year old traditional pub offering a wide selection of cask ales, Scotch malt, blended whiskies and wines. The One Tun was established in 1759 and is still going strong, originally inspiring a pub in Charles Dickens' Oliver Twist serials. This pub has a great cosy atmosphere, friendly staff and very reasonable prices - what more could you ask for a mid-week tipple? There's also some Thai dishes available if you're feeling peckish. So for a warm welcome join us at this 18th Century Tavern for a great evening of a few drinks and conversation.

We don't actually have a reservation in this place - the bar manager reckons that we don't need one, so look out for me - probably somewhere near the bar (I think many of you are unfortunate enough to know me already). I will try and find somewhere to put up our piece of paper with the CS logo on it. If you are interested in food, they will open up the upstairs area for us. This place is unbelievably chilled.
