What?
Pubs were made for Sunday afternoons and there’s nothing better than a proper British Sunday roast done right!
We'll have an area reserved for us at Ruby Grand, where a host will be waiting to welcome you when you arrive and settle you in to the Social. (Make sure you check here before the Social to see who is hosting)
Keep your eyes peeled for a CitySocialising logo on the table or ask the venue staff for the table reserved under the name CitySocialising.

Tell me more...
Located in Hammersith, Ruby Grand is a pub 'deluxe' and a laid back affair. For Sunday lunch, there is the usual delectable Sunday roast but also a wide selection of quality traditional fare with nice seasonal touches. There is also a great selection of wines, beers and even a collection of fine rums available. Spacious and beautifully set out with a restaurant overlooking a walled garden, this is a great pub for lunch and a few drinks with a great new local crowd. So for a top, tasty end of the week treat, join us for a very lazy Sunday afternoon.
We'd love you to join us and meet a great new crowd in your city. And don't worry if you're the first to book, just:
RSVP to confirm if you are coming (if this is your first social please read the Regular Social Notes below) and then:
* post a message on the Comments board to introduce yourself and chat to your fellow guests (you will receive an email each time your host posts something here)
* check the guestlist to see who else is coming and drop your host and everyone else a message to say hi
* After the Social go to "My Social Diary" and, from your "Past Socials" section, earn points for free gifts and membership upgrades by rating and reviewing the day/night and uploading and sharing photos and videos with your fellow guests!
* And of course remember to add the profiles of the people you got on with to your Friends List to keep in touch and invite them to other Socials you attend.
Have Fun!

Regular Socials Notes:
Money:
Unless otherwise indicated, for all Socials you will be expected to cover your own costs, so please ensure that you bring enough cash to cover e.g. your own ticket/entry price, food, drinks, relative service charge etc.
For food Socials one bill is usually provided for the table. Therefore, make sure you keep note of what food and drinks you order and how much it costs as the group will be expected to split the bill fairly at the end of the meal.
What to wear:
Feel free to wear what you want but, if in doubt, double-check with the venue before you attend a Social. Some clubs, for example, won't allow scruffy clothes, and for Outdoor Socials remember to wear appropriate clothing and bring waterproofs in case of rain.
Cancellations:
If, the day before this Social is due to take place, less than 6 members are available to attend, this Social will be cancelled. CitySocialising HQ will notify you by phone or email and update the information here. Therefore, please ensure you've entered your correct mobile number in your Profile. This is strictly confidential and used only in emergencies by CS staff.
Hosting:
The best way to meet the most of your kind of people and new friends in your city is by organising and hosting your own Socials! Plus, we'll reward you with extra points for free gifts and membership upgrades.

Hi Guys
I just wanted to introduce myself to those that don't already know me and say hello to everyone else that does as I'm hosting this social.
I will be at the venue from around 12:30pm, so please look out for me when you arrive. There is an area reserved for us, so if you can't find us all please ask the bar staff, who are usually very friendly, for the CitySocialising table and they will be able to point you in the right direction.
I look forward to seeing you all on 27th and
